Learn About Our
Our Leadership Team
Kenneth treats every client like an extension of his own family. He takes the time to get to know each client and root-cause of their concerns. Kenneth sees those concerns as opportunities to help make a tangible difference in clients’ lives to help them achieve optimal health. He will continue to build on that tradition with respect and integrity. His clients will be carefully matched with the most compatible caregiver. The caregivers are well-trained and supervised. Kenneth is always available as a reference to his clients and caregivers. He is truly compassionate in helping others and he tries to provide an environment that allows his clients to live the best quality of life possible. His goal is to enable the people in the community to safely remain in their own homes and make their lives easier.

Kenneth Onuoha
President/CT
Kenneth Onuoha previously attended Union University in Jackson Tennessee in pursuit of a degree program in social work before moving to Florida for family reasons. Kenneth later transferred to Florida’s Polk State College and MedTech Institute where he completed a Licensed Practical Nursing program. The strong desire to help make a real difference in people’s lives compelled Mr. Onuoha to excel in a rigorous nursing program. His caring and empathetic nature are what led him to a career in the nursing program and conversely, his belief in helping and healing the client from a root- cause analysis perspective, After graduating from nursing school, Kenneth joined Natural Medicine Center of Lakeland, in the role of Patient Care Coordination and assisted Dr. Catherine in the day to day operations of her clinic. Kenneth is also a professional Certified Clinical Thermographer (CT).
Before joining Compassionate Home Care Partners, Kenneth had a long tenure in Business Management Positions. Kenneth held upper level management positions in several retail corporations, including JC Penny, Tuesday Morning, and Ethan Allen Corporation. While Kenneth enjoyed, managing and motivating his staff in such positions, he was compelled to invest in a more rewarding opportunity that’s focused on making a palpable difference in people’s lives.
